A Nanny is an extension of the parents and is a necessity for many families to thrive. Thus the reasoning for competitive wages.

Wages range from $15-$30 based on experience, duties required and having us apart of your team to help advocate on your behalf for the best compensation possible.

You are paid directly from the family. And all the payment details will be discussed and laid out in our Nanny Contract when you are placed with a family. Families are required to pay you above the table using a payroll system.

We work hard throughout the screening and placement process to ensure we've matched you with the right family. But if for some reason the position is not working out and cannot be rectified.  We will have a conversation with family and can end the contract on your behalf. Depending on the circumstances you may continue to seek another opportunity through Idaho Nanny Agency.

Of course! As long as you uphold your end of the contract, you are able to work during your off - hours doing anything you please. 

  • Legal US Citizen or visa documentation
  • At least 21 years of age
  • High School Diploma
  • Valid US Driver's License with clean driving record and background
  • Must own a fully insured dependable vehicle
  • Non-smoker
  • Have at least 3 years of previous professional nanny/teaching/childcare experience that is non-family. 
  • Completely proficient in English (read, write, speak) multiple languages a plus
  • Have immaculate references from all former employers for past 3-5 years of employment
  • An individual whose true passion is working with children and families

They can! There is a place in the Nanny contract that outlines benefits. If you wish to have any coverages please just let us know and we can assist in finding a family to meet your needs. 

Absolutely! We frequently see >12 week positions available, as well as Summer Nanny positions. 

The primary role of a Newborn Care Specialist is to provide assistance and education after the parents bring the baby home from the hospital. Many times, this help will include scheduling, feeding, sleep training, help with breast feeding and more.

We often tailor contracts in various ways to fit the needs of each family. Though the primary role of a Newborn Care Specialist is extensive it is not always the standard and other opportunities do present themselves when seeking to work with Newborns.
